SPM1300E/3D Spray Painting Robot
Spray Painting Robot is specific designed to spray the various flat and curved panel, like wooden panels, flat door, raised door, cabinet door, stair and other furniture components.
1.Automatic painting machine allows paint guns to operate in five axes (X,Y,Z,A,B);
2.Gun movements are programmable: linear motion goes along the X,Y,Z axis and rotation motion goes around the vertical (A) and horizontal (B) axis;
3.Thanks the possibility to adjust the guns support along the "z" axis, it is possible to set the height of the painting guns, and so it's possible to paint elements with different thicknesses.
4.According to the type of parts to be painted, it is possible to customize the painting methodology in order to obtain perfect uniformity and painting quality;
5.Painting head allows for installation of up to 4 automatic paint guns; Number of installed paint spray guns and their functionality (e.g. rotary or fixed) depends on specifics of a painting process;
6.Painting head speed is up to 100 m/min in the horizontal plane (along the X and Y axes) and up to 30 m/min in the vertical plane (along the Z axis);
7.Automatic paint spray guns that apply material with preset working parameters minimize paint material losses, reduce time of painting process and filter fatigue;
8.A glazed spray booth with an air filtration system and inside lighting allows for ongoing control of a painting process;
9.Service door facilitates access to the interior of the paint machine which is incorporated in the system of emergency shutdown of the paint machine in the event of opening it during operation;
10.Compact design of the paint machine along with accessories and equipment minimizes amount of space required for installation of the machine and current operations;
11.Automatic paint reclaim system and spray gun cleaning system is applied;
12.It can be installed in existing paint booths with a pre-installed air exchange system.
a.The operator's touch screen ensures fast, simple and intuitive operation of the painting machine;
b.Size of the operator screen (diagonal: 15") allows to view all necessary information and parameters related to operations of the painting machine;
c.Various painting programs that define the process of painting edges, side surfaces and surfaces of specific elements to be painted can be saved and then selected;
d.The operator's panel is located close to the loading area;
e.PLC ensures efficient and trouble-free operation of the machine;
f.Its operations do not require any special painting expertise and/or programming;
g.Optimally selected number of operating personnel depending on equipment operational intensity (2 persons), significantly reduces employment costs;
h.Service position of the painting head enables ongoing operation of the painting equipment;
i.Online service is available in case the painting machine is connected to the Internet.
j.Edges and groove of the doors may be painted once or several times; surfaces may be cross-varnished to obtain the best results;
a.The Robotic spray machine is designed for application of various types of paint materials and adhesive, such as:
- Wood stains: water, nitro, spirits, solvent-based;
- Varnishes: polyurethane, polyester, acrylic, water and water UV;
- Liquid adhesives: glue for the membrane press.
b.Paint materials can be applied as part of low and/or high pressure technology;
c.Up to 2 paint circuits can be installed without circulation of the paint material; The number of paint circuits is optimally selected for specific paint processes and paint materials;
d.Number of painting circuits is selected optimally for a specific painting processes and painting materials;
e.Small low-pressure tanks can be installed at a short distance from the guns in order to save time for changing colour or type of lacquer and minimize loss of lacquer materials during such changes;
f.Liquid adhesives can be applied to glue finish-type film on membrane presses.
a.Equipped with Pin type or Chain conveyor is optional
b.The Pin type conveyor is the perfect solution for glues and non-recoverable paints which saves on conveyor disposal costs, which also keeps the underside of panels perfectly clean as well as guaranteeing immaculate, uniform application on edge and face.
c.The chain conveyor is equipped with nonstick Teflon coated steel, a anti-adhesion material - easy to clean. This is great for the adhesive glue application.
Optional included for the in-feed and out-feed conveyors. These are both powered conveyors and are controlled by the PLC of the machine.
a.The 3D laser camera will scan the entire product when feeding, and transfer the result signal to the control system;
b.The special software will reading routed grooves and edges (inside and outside edges) in each panel and ensures high-definition workpiece shape, size and position acquisition, enabling the control software to plot the best spraying trajectories.
c.It will self-programming as customized, may double spray the edges(inside and outside edges) and the routed grooves, while only spraying the surface once
d.Electrical and control distribution board
e.Electric switch gear and control cabinet are integrated in the same cabinet;
f.Space around the machine and the work area is optimised;
g.Risk of mechanical damage to the electrical and control systems is minimised by the machine operator.

When manually finishing products for the marketplace there are many factors that could reduce the profitability of your business. The quality of the finishing could be inconsistent, staffing shortages could create a gap in production, or the cost of labor could lower your profit margins. These are important considerations for deciding whether an automated finishing solution is right for your business.
What is Automated Finishing?
When manufacturing cabinets, doors, windows, building products, glass, moulding, or architectural millwork each piece requires finishing touches before being sent to the showroom floor. Typically finishes include sanding, spraying, drying, and coating. You could hire someone to do each of those steps in your manufacturing plant, or you could have a machine that automatically does it all for you.
Why Buy Automated Finishing Equipment?
There are a number of factors that should go into your decision. Here are some of the most important points to consider.
Quality Counts
The first impression is everything. If a customer sees that your product has a poor finish, or the quality is inconsistent, then they are going to keep searching for another product. Automated finishing removes the risk of poor quality by consistently providing the same finishing touches to each component of your product line.
Today’s Labor Market is Tough
With low unemployment rates it can prove challenging to find skilled candidates to join your team. Once you find someone, proper training typically requires 6 months - 2 years. And because manually finishing products can be such hard work, the turnover rate for these positions tend to be high. In addition wages continue to push higher for these positions, which can eat away your profit margins year over year.
As a comparison, an automated finishing system will never call in sick, expect a raise, limit production capabilities due to fatigue after a long day of painting, or cause the quality of your product to suffer due to a hangover.
Increased Production
How many units are you manufacturing each day? Compare that to how many you are finishing each day. Odds are it’s taking you a lot longer to finish your products due to the time consuming nature of spraying, drying, and sanding. An automated finishing solution typically reduces the amount of labor required by 50%!

Efficiency Matters
Automated finishing is more efficient than manual and reduces overall costs. A Superfici America spray machine offers high application efficiency (transfer efficiency), uses less paint resulting in lower coating costs, and it emits lower VOCs, which equals lower permitting costs and a reduced carbon footprint. Automated systems can also use coatings that typically cannot be applied manually, like UV coatings.
How Much Do Automated Finishing Systems Cost?
The answer depends on your specific business needs, but here’s an example to give you an idea of what you might expect. An entry-level spray machine costs approximately $50,000. At face value that may seem like a big investment, but let’s put it into context.
If you finance the spray machine for 5 years, then you’re paying roughly $45/day. Hiring a painter at $8/hour would cost you $64/day. That’s a painter who may or may not show up, who is going to get tired and produce lower quality work, and whose production is limited. And if that painter quits you have the difficult task to find and replace them.
